A service is not one fixed job. What your car needs at 60,000 km is not what it needed at 15,000, and the manufacturer publishes a schedule that says so. We work to that schedule for your make and model rather than selling everyone the same oil-and-filter.
What a service includes
- Engine oil and oil filter to the grade and specification your engine actually calls for
- Air, fuel and cabin filters, replaced at the intervals your schedule sets
- Belts, hoses and their tensioners checked for wear, cracking and correct tension
- All fluid levels and condition — coolant, brake fluid, power steering, transmission, screen wash
- Brakes, tyres, steering and suspension inspected and the findings written down
- Lights, wipers, battery condition and charging output checked
- A completed inspection sheet handed to you, with anything found graded by urgency
The inspection sheet is the point
Every service ends with our own vehicle inspection sheet filled in and given to you. It records what was checked, what was found, and what is going to need attention before the next service. Nothing on it is a surprise bill — it is a list you can plan around, and it is yours to take to anyone for a second opinion.
Before we start
You get the quote first. If we open the car up and find something the schedule did not predict, we stop, call you, and tell you what it is and what it costs before we go any further. No work happens that you have not agreed to.
